The Parking Gates are open from 6:00AM to 12:00AM. While, Molito Parking and
Common Areas are open for 24hrs. 12:00AM onwards, please enter / exit at Gate 6
(Along Alabang Zapote Road) or Exit at Gate 2 (Along Madrigal Avenue)

We have a total of Six (6) Parking Entrances and Exits:
Gate 1 (Entrance Only) – Along Madrigal Avenue and Near Miyazaki
Gate 2 (Exit Only) – Along Madrigal Avenue and Near BDO
Gate 3 (Entrance and Exit) – Along Commerce Avenue
Gate 4 (Entrance and Exit) – Along Alabang Zapote Road and Near BAR IX
Gate 5 (Exit Only) – Along Alabang Zapote Road, Corner Madrigal Avenue
Gate 6 (24hrs Entrance / Exit) – Along Alabang Zapote Road, Corner Madrigal Avenue

We have a total of Six Hundred Eighty-Two (682) Vehicle Parking and Forty (40) Bicycle Parking Slots:
Outdoor Parking – 163 Vehicle Parking Slots
Molito 3 (Covered Parking) – 103 Vehicle Parking Slots
Molito 8 (2F Steel Parking) – 342 Vehicle Parking Slots
Molito 10 (New - 2F Indoor Parking) – 74 Vehicle Parking Slots
Outdoor Parking – 8 Bicycle Parking Slots
Molito 3 (Covered Parking) – 32 Bicycle Parking Slots

For Cars:
1st Three (3) hours is ₱60.00 and for every succeeding hour is ₱20.00
For Lost Ticket + Parking Charges: ₱510.00 + ₱60.00
For Overnight Parking + Parking Charges: ₱500.00 + ₱60.00 (4:00AM onwards)

For Motorcycle:
400cc and above is ₱50.00 for the 1st Three (3) hours and ₱10.00 for succeeding hours.
While, below 400cc is ₱40.00 for the 1st Three (3) hours and ₱10.00 for succeeding
hours.

For Bicycle:
Free Parking until 9:00AM Only and for 9:00AM onwards it is ₱30.00 flat rate. Entrance
at Gate 3 (Along Commerce Avenue) and Gate 4 (Along Alabang Zapote Road).

Free Parking for the 1 st Five (5) hours for Senior Citizens and Persons with disabilities
(PWDs).

All Pets are welcome to walk around and enjoy the common areas of Molito and we are
encouraging the Pet Owners to follow these friendly reminders:
- All pets must be leashed at all times and yes, they can run around as long as
accompanied by the Pet Owner.
- All pets must wear a diaper and practice litter disposal properly.
- Please keep your pets from uprooting plants.
- Please manage excessive barking to make sure that everyone will have a good time.
- While we adore our furry friends, please remember that pets aren't allowed inside
Molito 8 (Lounge Area) for everyone’s comfort and safety.
- All pet owners assume responsibility for any damage, illness, or injury to persons, other
pets, or property.

The Fountain near The Tent is open from 7:00PM to 10:00PM, Mondays through
Thursdays and from 6:00PM to 10:00PM, Fridays through Sundays.
